Talan is a residential visualization project created in 2020 for a large-scale housing development in Tatarstan, Russia, designed by Portner Architects. The imagery focuses on presenting the project as a contemporary urban neighborhood, defined by varied building heights, warm material contrasts, and a network of landscaped courtyards, pedestrian paths, and communal open spaces. Through a combination of street-level, courtyard, aerial, and dusk views, the visuals communicate both the architectural identity of the development and the everyday atmosphere of life within the complex. The result is a comprehensive set of marketing and presentation images that clarifies the scale, character, and livability of the Talan residential masterplan.
